Art truly makes me happy. Creating it, of course, but also just being exposed to it.
No matter what kind of day I’m having, when I happen upon creative imagery, my spirits suddenly soar. It’s a very similar affect as hearing music that moves you. One arranges notes and lyrics; the other, shapes and colors.
Stirring that feeling in someone else is to me, one of life’s greatest joys. X O
I’ve often been told “I’m so lucky I found you”,
and while I’m touched by that sentiment, I
feel like the lucky one, to be entrusted with creating
the likenesses of people’s loved ones.
